WHAT ARE THE PEOPLE LIKE AT GTC?
You will find our people receptive and welcoming. Our congregation is a diverse group of believers who have found grace. We are far from perfect and do not expect perfection from our guests. It is our desire to create a comfortable atmosphere for all who choose to worship with us.
WHERE SHOULD I GO WHEN I ARRIVE?
Here is a GTC Arrival Instructions link for you. When you arrive you will be greeted by our friendly members. There is one entrance onto the church property; it is off of Old NC Highway 49. After you enter the property, you can find a drop off point at the front of the building, with parking to the right and to the left. You may enter through the front doors or through the rearward entrance.
Please feel free to ask any of our people for assistance. Restrooms are in the center of the building. Children’s classrooms and nurseries are in the west side of the building. Worship services take place in the east side of the building.
HOW SHOULD I DRESS?
While “dressing up” is welcome, it is not expected. Because we are attending the House of the Lord, we gladly choose to adorn ourselves in a modest fashion that is appropriate for worship.
GIVING
While we do receive offerings during the morning service, we do not want our guests to feel obliged to give. Our members joyously give in order to support the ministry of GTC and we are just grateful that you have chosen to worship with us.
